Reports are digital and delivered instantly after payment, so refunds are not available once the report is delivered. If payment was taken but your report failed or was not delivered, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund or resend it.
When a refund is issued
Payment was taken but the report was never delivered.
A duplicate charge for the same order.
The delivered file was broken, blank or would not open.
How to request
Email support@kismatlines.in within 48 hours of the payment with your order number.
For eligible cases the amount is returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
To prevent abuse, refunds are limited to one per phone/device.
Cancellation
You can abandon the flow at any point before paying — nothing is charged. After payment the report is generated immediately, so orders cannot be cancelled.
