How delivery works

A PDF download link and the online report link are emailed to the address supplied by Razorpay.
Links remain valid for 90 days, after which the report and its data are deleted automatically.
If delivery fails
PDF rendering can occasionally take 1-2 minutes; the screen shows the live status.
Emails sometimes land in spam or promotions — please check there too.
Write to support@kismatlines.in within 48 hours and we will resend the report or issue a refund.
