You can have your data deleted at any time. Unpurchased guest data auto-deletes within 48 hours — and you can delete it instantly yourself.
Instant deletion
Press “Start fresh” on any scan or report screen. It clears your browser data and deletes the temporary guest record on our servers immediately.
Deletion after a purchase
Use the link in your report email, or write to support@kismatlines.in. For security we verify with a one-time code sent by email.
After verification we delete the report, the PDF, your birth details and the derived scan features.
GST invoices, orders and payment records must be retained under tax law and cannot be deleted.
What is deleted
Deleted: birth details, scan features, report content, PDF files and report links.
Retained: invoice/order/payment records (tax law) — these contain no birth details or scan features.
