Privacy Policy

Birth details: date, time (optional), place with coordinates/timezone, and your name (used for address and numerology).

Derived scan features: palm/face ratios and classifications. For the face report, a cropped portrait uploaded at checkout (deleted as soon as the PDF is generated). Landmarks and meshes are never uploaded.

Technical data: browser/device type, referral/UTM parameters and a hash of your IP (raw IP is never stored).

At checkout: your email address (required — it is your account and the delivery address for the report) and, from Razorpay, phone/payment details.

To create and deliver your report, process payment, issue the GST invoice and prevent fraud.

Calculations run on our own deterministic engine; limited, non-sensitive calculation data is sent to an AI service for section writing only.

Retention — guest data (no purchase): deleted automatically within 48 hours; you can delete it instantly with “Start fresh”.

Face portrait: removed from the server as soon as the report PDF is generated; the report PDF itself expires after 90 days.

After purchase: the report and birth details auto-delete after 90 days (or earlier on request).

Account (email): stays linked to your orders so repeat purchases and support work; removable on request.

Invoices, orders and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting law.

Analytics events: 180 days; calculation cache: 180 days.

Razorpay (payments), AWS S3/SES (report files and email) and OpenRouter (section writing) — only the data needed for each task. We never sell your data.
